Association Leadership Conference


The Association Leadership Conference not only trains the key local and state leaders, but it brings participants together to share their experiences, the successes and the failures. The ALC allows them to make new friends and network for ideas to allow the greatest success possible in running NAIFA Colorado and our Locals. The State and Local Planning sessions offer the ultimate strategic planning process for everyone involved.

NAIFA provides the text, materials, and supplies, in addition to moderators and facilities. If someone accepts a position of leadership within the state or local association, they are strongly urged to attend the next ALC, an experience that will help them grow professionally and personally.
